Course Duration: 5 weeks
Time: Tuesdays, 6 PM - 9 PM

This 5 week course will continue honing basic skills while introducing next level projects and promoting practice outside class time. Looking to add handles to your cups, throw larger pieces, create different shaped vases. Throw and trim your pots on the pottery wheel. Unlimited access to studio and reclaim clay during the duration of the class. Coming in to practice is strongly recommended!
Class Itinerary:
Week 1: Projects will be demo’d
Week 2: Students will continue practicing the same projects with teacher assistance.
Week 3: Students will trim and throw with teacher assistance.
Week 4: Students will finish trimming up their pots. No more throwing.
Week 5: Projects will be glazed with teacher supervision.
Our classes are intended for adults only, but we accept teens 14 years or older. Classes that do not reach the minimum enrollment of 3 students a week prior to the class may be cancelled or rescheduled. In this event, any registered students will be contacted and can choose to transfer to another class if the delay conflicts with their schedule.
Bring a medium-sized towel to lay across your lap. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Tie long hair back and cut long nails short.
There are no make-up classes.
