Classes for Beginning Potters - $350

Come give pottery a try with COVID-safe instruction from one of our experienced teachers!
  • Five weekly 3-hour sessions.
  • 4 to 1 Student:Teacher Ratio.
  • All teaching, clay, glazes, starter tools, and firings are included.
  • Also includes studio access for practice time outside of class.
  • Learn how to throw on the wheel, trim, and glaze your beautiful work.
Typical Wheel Throwing Class Schedule:
Session 1:       Intro to Wheel Throwing
Session 2:       Intro to Trimming (Trim Pieces from Session 1), Wheel Throwing (time-allowing)
Session 3:       Wheel Throwing
Session 4:       Trim All Pieces from Session 3.
                       (There is no time to finish new wheel-thrown projects if started. May hand-build or do some wheel throwing for practice if time allows.)
Session 5:       Intro to Glazing, Glaze all bisque fired pieces.
