Administrative Assistant
(Not Currently Accepting New Applicants)

The Position
Administrative Assistants work flexible hours in a fun, welcoming, art studio environment.
Responsibilities
  • Marketing & Communications with Members
  • Responding to Emails
  • Managing Social Media Page
  • Editing and Updating Website
  • Processing Registrations for Classes & Memberships
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
  • Some graphic design experience is helpful.
  • Some experience making pottery and knowledge of the pottery process is a plus.

Salary & Benefits
● $16 - $18 per hour, depending on experience
● Flexible part-time hours. 20-24 hours per week. Paid training.
● Studio Membership including all clay, glazes, and firings.
